• 1 ipod with a white cover called “CRES hotswap” à can be used if a kid doesn’t have theirs or can be used as a master
• make everything look on the computer like you want it to and then back it up on “CRES hotswap”
• if we want to add 1 or two things, put it on the machine and then sink to all ipods
• password for everyone is ACPS1pods
• kids cannot download updates
• baggie for everyone w/ earbuds & synching chord in baggie
• when do we want kids to start taking them home?
• We have sign out sheet for parents to sign --> they will have to fill this out for the kids to take it home.
• When they are taken home, they must be returned everyday
• Once it is forgotten, 1 time is forgiven, then next time it stays at school

rules

• don’t play with them in class
• if you pick at the cover, you’ll have to pay for it
